March 24, 2008 fishing report

The past week King Salmon fishing has definatly improved, despite the full moon. We're seeing good numbers of King's in the 1 to 2 lb class. I found our best action is staying near the river channel, between the dam and Jenkins Hill, 60 to 90 feet deep.Vance's Slim Fin, or Ex-Cel's tipped with a small strip of Anchovy with Pro-Cure jell has brought good results. Also rolling shad injected with Pro-Cure oils is always a good choice.
